You'll need a woven wrap in your base size, a stretchy wrap, and a ringsling or a soft structured carrier. Our courses cover all these options to give you flexibility. Additionally, we recommend making a practice doll from materials you probably already have at home, so you can practice safely before trying with your baby.

When you purchase the Babywearing Bundle, you get lifetime access to all the included courses, allowing you to revisit the material anytime.

For single courses, you'll have access for 18 months, giving you plenty of time to learn and practice at your own pace.

It's completely normal to feel a bit nervous at first. Our courses are designed to help you practice using a demo doll before trying with your baby. We suggest having someone with you the first few times for extra support. If you still feel uncertain, you can book an online 1-on-1 consult with one of our licensed babywearing consultants, or find a consultant near you for in-person assistance.

The free courses take about 20-30 minutes to complete, while the paid courses range from 45-90 minutes. These times allow you to gain comprehensive knowledge. Remember, practice makes perfect! The more you practice, the more confident you'll become, and you'll enjoy the bonding experience with your child.
